About Conference-AFITA/WCCA2018
The conference provides a peer-reviewed forum for researchers from across the globe to share contemporary research on developments in the field of precision agriculture involving applied ICTs and IoTs. It seeks to promote effective and vibrant networking among researchers and practitioners from around the world who are concerned about sustainable agricultural development.Collaborative Network
This is an international network of researchers fostering the development of emerging scholars from across inter-disciplinary domains for a central purpose. The conference is designed to be collaborative with a key capacity-building feature of providing a venue for the attendees to get substantive and beneficial feedback on their work.AFITA is an international body and member of the umbrella organization INFITA. It deals with the issues of IT in agriculture, Food Security and Environmental Impacts, and effectively organizes annual conferences in their member countries through its national level IT-Agriculture associations. This year, INFITA wishes to hold its annual WCCA in conjunction with AFITA2018, hence the name - AFITA/WCCA2018.
